This Opportunity: 

Reporting to the Manager, Fund Accounting, you will support the fund administration process. The role is an exciting opportunity to be heavily involved in preparation and calculation of NAVs. This role can be performed from Manila, Philippines. Responsibilities will include: 

  • Monitoring cash and investment activity within client accounts
  • Recording cash and investment activity within accounting software
  • Calculating and recording period-end accruals
  • Maintaining organized and thorough supporting schedules and documentation
  • Allocating income to investors and calculating investor-level fees
  • Preparing period-end financial packages including investor statements
  • Completing SSAE16 compliance tasks
  • Testing new software functionality
  • Collaborating with external audit and tax accountants
  • Completing all other related and/or assigned tasks

A Little Bit About You 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field such as in accounting or finance
  • You have gained at least 2 years’ experience in NAV calculation/preparation
  • You are a qualified accountant with an accredited accounting body, preferably
  • You have a good understanding of funds and the fund administration industry
  • You are known for your excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have strong MS Excel and Word skills
  • You have a detail-oriented mindset
  • You are adept in problem solving and willing to take on challenges
