The Client Solutions team in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Austin, Texas is accepting applications for entry-level Product Support personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Calling a designated list of existing clients
  • Encouraging clients to address outstanding items in the Opus technology platform
  • Providing demonstrations and walkthroughs
  • Logging details of each call within our proprietary application
  • Relaying client feedback on system enhancements

Competencies Required

  • Stellar communication skills – must be confident, positive, and eager to engage in frequent phone conversations.
  • Technically proficient
  • Positive, outgoing, and adaptable personality
